My Launceston colleague Adam Paynter has suggested we have a caption competition for the photo above.After all the concern about money spent by the Council using payment cards, Council Leader Alec Robertson wanted to show that the fish tank was in use in a children's centre (in Porthleven).

Just think when you grow up this will be the only leisure centre left in Cornwall. I just need a little more time to find a good enough excuse to sell this one off too.
